The NGIC expansion seems to be politically laced. In my opinion it is good for our community. But we must look at all angles of the expansion and make sure the community, as well as the developer and the government are all receiving a fair and equitable share of what's good for our fine community. The expansion will bring in many northern Virginia families to our community. We will need to have housing for all of those individuals. They will be using our schools as well, so the tax base is very important.
