Green Homes are the latest, greatest thing in new housing. It can save you $’s in utilities, your home and you will be healthier, and you are also helping the environment.

Yes, it will cost you more upfront, but if you live in your home for years it may be worth it. You choose of course, which is most important to you.

Keep Your Home Safe While You're On Vacation

I would also suggest you let a neighbor know you’ll be gone and how to reach you in an emergency.

Also check with your insurance agent if you’re gone for an extended period of time because your insurance could be affected over a certain period of time with no one on the premises.

Are tax tips helpful to you? I would suspect everyone likes to save $'s on taxes. Recently the IRS has decided window tinting now falls under the category of "other" energy saving home improvements, and can be used as a tax credit.
