The market surged after the Federal Reserve cut the interest rate by 1/2 a percent this week. The first cut in four years! Hopefully this will help relieve the housing slump and prevent the country from going into recession.
More good news... this is a GREAT time to buy! It is a buyers market and here's further inticement. The market is busy with buyers getting great houses and great prices!
