Which homes were your favorite on the Charlottesville Parade of Homes? Please post a comment.
Keep an eye on the market, as rates are still below 6.5%, and I've heard a quote from someone at below 6%. Call me (434-980-2860 locally or 800-818-7629 toll-free) and I'll be glad to direct you to some fabulous local lenders.
Are you aware one lender has a loan where the seller can pay 6 months of your monthly payment? That could assist you in getting your new dream home!

--Vince Lombardi
Named "Coach of the Century" by ESPN, Vince Lombardi, the famous coach of the Green Bay Packers, is remembered for his dedication, his infectious enthusiasm and his unforgettable quotes that continue to echo in locker rooms around the world.
I believe if you give your best, you'll have a great quality of life. A positive attitude and work ethic will take you far in life. You will also enjoy life.
