There will be a lot of fun happening this year at our very own local fair that will feature many popular bands, games, livestock, exhibits and the ever popular array of fun contests for husband calling, watermelon seed spitting, bubble gum blowing, hot dog eating, frog/toad jumping, turkey calling, cross-cut sawing and of course the popular fiddling. The AlbemarleFamily Pet Contest is on Saturday at 10:30am. $6 for adults, $2 for childred 6-12, children under 6 are free. LOUISA COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR
Town of Louisa in Louisa County. A time for the whole family to be able to enjoy the agriculture that Louisa has to offer. There will be farm animals, petting zoo, music, entertainment, food, children's games, vendors, livestock competitions, and lots of other competitions: photographs, plants, vegetables, baked goods, quilting, artwork, crafts, and much more!
